New Concrete Foundation

The price is similar to traditional waterproofing systems but it performs on another level. It will stop water and humidity from entering your basement living space. Old Stone Foundation Midcoast Maine
Above is an example of a stone foundation in Midcoast Maine. This is a historical building that was being renovated. It had a full basement that needed waterproofing because the space was going to be used as living/office space. Below you will see the "after" picture.
Existing/ Damaged Concrete
This project was done on an old building in Southern Maine. The foundation had a lot of penetrations and deteriorated areas. It was great candid for Rigid Rock Waterproofing.
After Picture
This was a pretty simple process for us. We came in and sprayed all of the stone with closed cell spray foam. Then we applied the polyurea water proofing on top. We created a complete barrier so no water will make its way through the field stone. It will also stop damp air from flowing through the wall. This will make a much more comfortable basement with low humidity.
